2007

Conditions of Entry

1.      Fox Studios requires that all vehicles which are to enter the Entertainment Quarter must do so before 9:30am and may not leave until after 4:00pm. Late arrival will result in the entrant or displayer being excluded from the event. See Arrival below for further information.

2.      Entrants must be current financial members of a Mercedes-Benz Club or an invited club as at Wednesday August 30th 2007.

3.      Entrant’s vehicles must be listed on their club’s vehicle register as at Wednesday August 30th 2007.

4.      A $20 fee will apply for entries received on or before COB Friday September 7th 2007 for single vehicles entered (and a $35 fee will apply for two vehicles entered by the same owner) for judging in the Concours, Road, Club Plate and Champion of Champion Classes.

5.      A $30 fee will apply for late entries received after Friday September 7th 2007 and before COB Thursday September 13th 2007 for each vehicle entered for judging in the Concours, Road, Club Plate and Champion of Champion classes. 6.      The Concours Director reserves the right to combine classes or to allocate cars to different classes.

7.      Entrants should be available when the class that they are competing in is being judged, to give access to the vehicle. However they should not approach a judge, or interrupt the judging process which is being run to a tight schedule. The entrant should stand clear of the car unless asked otherwise by a judge.
