Is "Articles" a section ONLY for the editor?

The ARTICLES section was intended for posts that are similar to magazine articles. Topics can only be initiated by "contributors", can only be modified by same, moderators and club officials but I have just reset the option for replies to everyone (all subscribers) so you should be able to post a reply. I can't see why you can't yet.
Hopefully the ARTICLES are credible (selected subscribers) rather than being of unknown quality (anyone!)

It is Sunday 7.53pm and I cannot reply to any article yet! I have FOUR Options: Notify - Mark Unread - Send this topic - Print Hopefully the ARTICLES are credible (selected subscribers) rather than being of unknown quality (anyone!)
I must NOT be one of the selected subscribers (uncredible?) as I cannot post a new article I even logged out and relogged just in case permissions needed that... |

The way I understand Admin's clarification Michel, is that you can only reply to an article, not post a new one. It may pay to check with a Moderator and see if they will post it for you.

Given that Michel is a respected journalist with a fine reputation in Mercedes-Benz circles - as well as in other car marques - and, given his outstanding contributions of news-breaking, serious and informative articles to other forums, might it not be an excellent opportunity to invite him to contribute here? If I read correctly, Michel is wanting to contribute. Can we afford to loose such an erudite and learned researcher when he seems to be keen to contribute?

Admin posing as an "ordinary" subscriber can see the REPLY button/tag (leftmost tag of top right above posts) NOW and is posting this reply.
I suspect that there was an anomaly in the board setup which prevented NSW Club members from seeing the tag. ADMIN apologises and thanks Forum users for bringing it to our attention.
Hope you all can post (useful) replies now!
