It's of to bed early for me. Reminds me of being a kid on Christmas eve.....early to bed in anticipation for Santas arrival. I can hardly wait. This should be a great day and will rank as another memerable event thanks to the MBCNSW and organising team. See you all in the morning.

Well what a smashing close to what as been an outstanding year to say the very least, this Harbour Bridge run exceeded our highest of expectations. To all those that put in so much to make this event so outstanding, well done. To our interstate guests that flew up just to attend this event, your efforts will hopefully have been rewarded. To those many members and non members alike, your cars today have created history on one of the worlds most admired landmarks, the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Today saw the largest ever Mercedes Motorcade cross the bridge and it was large so large it spanned the entire length of the bridge, 170 cars approximately, really did put some stars into the sparkle that is Australia's most loved bridge. To Janette and Yvette thanks for helping me out with the photography, I could never have captured all this on my own. The bulk of the pictures below were taken by Janette whose work speaks for itself. Finally to Mercedes-Benz of Australia a very big thank you for getting behind this historic event, your support is appreciated by all our members. 4GB radio in Brisbane thank you for your coverage of the event and the Penrith Cake shop that provided a cake that befitted this very special day, well done to all. Where to from here well rumour has it that the Social and Events committee are looking at something even bigger next year. Lets hope the weather is a bit kinder next year, enjoy the pictures cheers Mat.

170 cars over the Bridge today I hope they all paid the Toll before going over the Coat Hanger? Mercedes all look superb and what a great day a shame I missed the day. What a honour to have your own Mercedes own the cake lucky fellas Keano & Daz. Speaking of cake any left won't mention names. Bring on the 2010 Show n Shine. Tim.
